Oil prices rose on Friday amid growing investor doubts about prospects for progress in talks between the United States and Iran.
Brent crude futures rose $2.38, or 2.3%, to $104.96 a barrel, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures gained $1.73, or 1.8%, to $98.08.
Both benchmarks had fallen by about 2% on Thursday to their lowest settlement levels in nearly two weeks.
