Iran's military says it destroyed US drone
The Iranian army said its naval air defence systems had shot down a US-made Lucas drone.
Iran’s IRNA news agency published a photograph of what it said was the damaged drone.
Middle East Eye could not independently verify the claim.
The Lucas is the US version of the low-cost Shahed one-way attack drone.
