High-Level delegation briefed on Al-Shaib border entry Procedures

A high-level official delegation was briefed on Wednesday on the procedures and preparations made to facilitate the entry of Arbaeen pilgrims through the Al-Shaib border crossing in Maysan Governorate.

The delegation included the Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Million-Person Pilgrimages, Lieutenant General Qais al-Muhammadawi; the Head of the Border Ports Authority, Omar al-Waeli; and the Head of the Supreme Service Committee for Million-Person Pilgrimages, Deputy Director of the Prime Minister's Office, Ali Razouqi, accompanied by the heads of the relevant service, security, and technical committees.

The visit was a continuation of field tours to monitor the latest service, organizational, and security preparations, review the mechanisms for receiving pilgrims, and ensure their smooth entry into Iraq through the border crossing.
