Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi announced on Wednesday the conclusion of talks with Qatari and Pakistani delegations in Doha. He confirmed that the first meeting of the team monitoring the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was held, and that several issues related to the agreement's implementation were discussed, including US commitments, regional security developments, and the mechanism for utilizing a portion of Iran's frozen assets.

Gharibabadi stated, "The first meeting of the team monitoring the implementation of the MoU was held with the participation of delegations from Iran, Qatar, and Pakistan."

He emphasized that "the Iranian side raised during the meeting what it described as US violations of its commitments under Article 1 of the MoU, which pertains to ending the war in Lebanon."

He added that "the meeting discussed with the Qatari and Pakistani delegations reports regarding the reinforcement of US forces in the region and threats emanating from Washington," stressing that "the commitments of the MoU constitute an integrated set and cannot be viewed in isolation."
