The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) directed the relevant courts on Wednesday to apply the provisions of the Counter-Terrorism Law to manufacturers, users, and possessors of drones.
In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), the Council said, "The Supreme Judicial Council has directed the relevant courts to apply the provisions of Counter-Terrorism Law No. (13) of 2005 to anyone who manufactures, uses, or possesses drones used for purposes contrary to the law."
