we proudly commemorate the Fatwa issued by the Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Al-Sistani, a decisive national turning point when Iraqis answered the call to defend their homeland and holy sites, and united in confronting terrorism.
The Prime Minister said in a post on the (X) platform, which was monitored by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “On this occasion, we highly commend the wise position of the Supreme Religious Authority, which strengthened the spirit of sacrifice and national belonging,we also honor the sacrifices of the righteous martyrs who defended Iraq, while reaffirming our commitment to building a strong and stable state and consolidating the rule of law and the authority of state institutions.”
