IRGC Says It Targeted Two Ships Attempting to Pass Through Strait of Hormuz

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced on Thursday that two vessels attempting to transit the Strait of Hormuz had been targeted.

The IRGC Navy said that two vessels in violation of restrictions were targeted while attempting to pass through the strait illegally.

Separately, the IRGC said: "We launched a missile at an F-16 fighter jet that violated the airspace over Gulf waters and forced it to retreat."
