The Russian Defense Ministry announced on Saturday that air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 19 Ukrainian drones over a 12-hour period, including drones over the Crimean Peninsula.
The ministry said in a statement: "Between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Moscow time, on-duty air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 19 Ukrainian drones over the territories of the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaluga, Kursk, Rostov, and Smolensk regions, as well as the Republic of Crimea."
