President Amedi Congratulates Iraqi Hajj Mission on Winning First Place in “Labaytum” Award

The President of the Republic Nizar Amedi congratulated on Friday the Iraqi Hajj and Umrah mission on winning first place in the “Labaytum” Award for the fourth consecutive year.

In a post on the (X) platform, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), he said: "Congratulations to the Iraqi Supreme Hajj and Umrah Commission mission to the Holy Sites on winning first place in the (Labaytum) Award for the fourth consecutive year, as the best Hajj mission among the missions of Islamic countries, headed by the Head of the Commission Sheikh Sami Al-Masoudi."

He added that "this honorable achievement reflects the size of the great efforts and distinguished professional work exerted by Iraqi cadres in serving the pilgrims of the House of Allah, which embodies the bright image of Iraq."

He continued: "We highly appreciate the dedication of all those working in the mission, and we wish them continued success in performing their humanitarian and blessed faith mission."
