Zidan Discusses With Finance Minister Resolving Cases Related to Protecting Public Funds

President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zidan, discussed with Finance Minister Faleh Al-Sari mechanisms for coordination between the judiciary and the Ministry of Finance to resolve cases related to the protection of public funds.

The Supreme Judicial Council said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that “President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zidan, received Finance Minister Faleh Al-Sari.”

The statement added that “the President of the Supreme Judicial Council congratulated the Finance Minister on assuming his new position, while the meeting also reviewed mechanisms for coordination between the judiciary and the Ministry of Finance in resolving files related to safeguarding public funds.”
