The Ministry of Health on Friday said a fire that broke out in a consultation room at Azadi Hospital in Kirkuk province was brought under control with no injuries reported.
In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), the ministry said a minor fire occurred in one of the consultation rooms at Azadi Hospital in Kirkuk.
It confirmed that the fire was quickly contained and that no casualties were recorded.
The statement added that relevant security forces and civil defense teams are continuing investigations to determine the circumstances and cause of the fire.
