President Nizar Amedi has received a congratulatory message from the President of Finland, Alexander Stubb, on the occasion of assuming office.
According to a statement issued by the Presidency’s media office, received by The Iraqi News Agency-INA, the message conveyed Stubb’s congratulations and best wishes to President Amedi for success in carrying out his national duties.
The Finnish president affirmed in his message that the Iraqi people have consistently demonstrated exceptional resilience and a firm ability to withstand challenges, reiterating support for advancing comprehensive development paths.
He also expressed his country’s aspiration to expand partnership with Iraq in a manner that strengthens economic cooperation and achieves shared prosperity for both friendly nations, noting his keenness to exchange views with President Amedi to further develop bilateral relations and enhance cooperation across various fields.
