The U.S. the Secretary of War (Pentagon) announced on Thursday the resignation of Navy Secretary John Phelan, one year after he assumed the post.
The Pentagon said that “Navy Secretary John Phelan is leaving his position,” without providing further details on the reasons for his departure.
