US Central Command confirmed on Tuesday that two US aircraft carriers are continuing their operations in the Middle East.
In a statement followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), the command said, that "Two US aircraft carriers are continuing their operations in the Middle East," adding that "its forces remain present and vigilant."
It noted that "the aircraft carrier George Bush is sailing in the Arabian Sea."
