US President Donald Trump confirmed on Monday that he has not received any response from Iran regarding reports that talks have been suspended.
"I wasn't informed in advance of this decision," Trump told NBC.
He added, "It's appropriate for Iran to say they've suspended the exchange of messages because they prefer negotiating to fighting, but they didn't inform us."
He continued, "This doesn't mean we're going to start dropping bombs all over Iran, but we will keep the blockade in place."
