Twelve US soldiers suffered serious injuries in Iranian missile and drone attacks in Jordan and other countries during July, according to a US military official quoted by The New York Times. The official said the injured troops were flown to a US military hospital in Germany for treatment. They are among around 100 US service members whom the Pentagon says have been injured in Iranian attacks since the beginning of July. The official added that about 50 of those injuries were sustained during recent attacks on bases hosting US forces in Jordan.
