Iranian media reported on Thursday that U.S. strikes targeted several bridges in the southern province of Hormozgan, resulting in the closure of a major transport route.

Iran's state television said the attacks struck two bridges in the city of Bandar Khamir in Hormozgan province, while the Fars News Agency reported that a U.S. strike targeted the bridge linking the cities of Bandar Abbas and Shiraz.

Separately, the Tasnim News Agency said traffic had been suspended on the Bandar Abbas–Kahurstan–Lar highway following a strike on the Shour River bridge in Hormozgan province.
