The head of the Diwan of Christian, Yazidi, and Mandaean Religious Endowments, Rami Joseph Aghajan, congratulated the Mandaean community on Thursday on the occasion of the Mandaean New Year (Dehwa Rabba).
In a post on the (X) platform, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Aghajan said, "We extend our warmest congratulations and blessings to the members of the Mandaean community on the occasion of the Mandaean New Year (Dehwa Rabba)," wishing them "a year overflowing with blessings and peace."
He expressed his deep pride and high appreciation for the rich historical and national heritage of the authentic Mandaean community, emphasizing "the Diwan's constant commitment and continuous efforts to care for the affairs of all authentic Iraqi communities."
