Al-Araji: Targeting Erbil is completely unacceptable

The Head of the Parliamentary Reconstruction and Development Bloc Baha Al-Araji said on Wednesday that the targeting of Erbil was "completely unacceptable."

In a post on X, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Al-Araji said: "The targeting of the city of Erbil tonight carries negative political messages and is completely unacceptable. It comes at a critical time and serves no one's interests."

He added: "At this sensitive stage, national responsibility requires unity and a consolidated stance to confront the current challenges and preserve the country's stability."
