US President Donald Trump announced on Friday his agreement to talks with Iran, stating that the United States had made it unequivocally clear that the ceasefire had ended.
"We agreed to Iran's request to continue talks, but the United States made it unequivocally clear to them that the ceasefire has ended," Trump said in a post on his platform.
He added that "Iran asked us to continue the talks," while noting that "the United States clearly informed Iran that the ceasefire has ended."
