The head of the Iraqi Media Network, Karim Hammadi, announced today, Thursday, the successful coverage of the funeral ceremonies for Ayatollah Khamenei.
In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Hammadi said, "The Iraqi Media Network announces the success of its media coverage of the funeral ceremonies for the martyred Ayatollah Ali Khamenei (may God sanctify his soul), which was broadcast live and continuously for more than 40 hours from Najaf and Karbala."
He added, "This coverage was made possible through the oversight of the esteemed Board of Trustees and the exceptional efforts of the media, engineering, technical, and administrative staff, who worked around the clock to provide comprehensive and professional coverage that reflected the Iraqi Media Network's readiness and ability to keep pace with major national and religious events at the highest levels of professionalism."
Hammadi explained that “after the success of the Iraqi Media Network in completing the media coverage of the funeral ceremonies and the tenth of Muharram, by broadcasting the religious ceremonies and events in various governorates, its technical and media teams are now preparing to launch comprehensive coverage of the Arbaeen pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), in line with the size of this million-strong occasion, and ensuring the provision of a professional media service that keeps pace with the event.”
