Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Says Response to U.S. Attack Will Be Swift and Decisive

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said on Friday that its response to a U.S. attack would be swift and decisive.

In a statement, the Revolutionary Guard said, “Our naval and air forces foiled the U.S. attack on Sirik and forced the attacking forces to retreat.”

It added that “the U.S. aggression will not pass without a response, and our response will be swift and decisive at a time and place we choose.”

The IRGC further warned that “any new miscalculation will be met with a severe response that will shatter the illusions of the aggressors in the region.”
