Al-Muhammadawi Instructs Not to Close Overpasses and Roads During the Tuwairij Run

The Chairman of the Supreme Security Committee for Million-Man Pilgrimages, Lieutenant General Qais Al-Muhammadawi, instructed today, Friday, not to close overpasses and roads during the Tuwairij Run, ensuring the continued fluidity of vehicular movement.

A statement by the Joint Operations Command, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "for the first time during the tenth of Muharram, the Chairman of the Supreme Security Committee for Million-Man Pilgrimages, Lieutenant General Qais Al-Muhammadawi, instructed not to close overpasses and roads in the Bab Tuwairij area and Maytham Al-Tammar Street in the Holy Karbala Governorate during the Tuwairij Run rituals, ensuring the continued fluidity and movement of vehicles."
