US President Donald Trump turned up the heat on a diplomatic row with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni on Saturday, accusing her of repeatedly seeking a photograph with him at the G7 summit and blaming the clash between the two heads of state on tensions over Iran and NATO.
