Iraqi National Security Service(INSS) announced on Friday the killing of two of the most dangerous drug dealers in Maysan Governorate during an armed clash with a security force.
The spokesman for the agency, Arshad al-Hakim, said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "A force from the Tactical Regiment managed to kill two of the most dangerous drug dealers in Maysan, one of whom was known as Abu Fatim, during a security operation based on precise intelligence provided by the Baghdad and provincial security directorates."
He added that "the suspects initiated gunfire against the security force during the operation, leading to an armed clash that ended with their deaths."
