The memorial ceremony commemorating the twelfth anniversary of the tragic Tikrit Speicher massacre began today, Friday, in Salah al-Din Governorate.
The reporter for the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that "the ceremonies of the twelfth annual memorial ceremony for the tragic Tikrit Speicher massacre began with the presence of a large gathering of the victims' families and a number of religious figures and politicians."
He pointed out that "the participants recalled the virtue of the martyrs and the tragedy of the martyrdom of the students of the Martyr Major General Pilot Majid Abdul Salam Ashour (Speicher) base, which was carried out by ISIS terrorist gangs in 2014.
