The UN Security Council will hold an emergency session tomorrow, Monday, to discuss developments in Lebanon.
The Lebanese Foreign Ministry announced on Sunday that it had received notification from the French side to hold an emergency session in the UN Security Council, in light of the (Israeli) escalation.
The ministry said in a statement that "France will request an emergency session of the UN Security Council, in light of the ongoing (Israeli) escalation in Lebanon and the expansion of military operations and evacuation orders."
