PMF arrests Suspected ISIS Member in Nineveh Plains

Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) said on Sunday that it had arrested a suspected member ISIS in the Nineveh Plains region.

The PMF said in a statement that an intelligence unit affiliated with the 30th Brigade apprehended the suspect at one of the entrances to the Nineveh Plains, based on as precise intelligence information.

The statement said the detainee was wanted by the judiciary under Article 4 of Iraq's Anti-Terrorism Law.

Following the completion of preliminary investigative procedures, the suspect was handed over to the relevant authorities to face legal proceedings, the PMF said.
