The Baghdad Operations Command-BOC announced today, Sunday, the success of the Eid plan and the completion of security measures for receiving pilgrims.
The Command stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that “all security measures for the second phase of securing and receiving the pilgrims and their return to the country by air and land have been completed.”
It added that “this is being carried out through our units in the Ministries of Defense and Interior and their affiliated units, and by providing all the necessary requirements to ensure the success of the pilgrims’ return process until they arrive safely at their places of residence.”
