Lebanese media outlets reported on Thursday that Israeli warplanes had launched airstrikes on various areas in the Lebanese capital, Beirut.
"(Israeli) warplanes launched airstrikes on various areas in the Lebanese capital, Beirut," the reports stated.
"Civilians were martyrs and wounded as a result of the aggression, and a number of injured people remain trapped under the rubble," the report added.
