President Nizar Amidi congratulated the Iraqi people on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, emphasizing the importance of strengthening the values of solidarity, tolerance, and unity.
In a post on (X), which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Amidi said, "On the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha, I extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to the noble people of Iraq, and to the Arab and Islamic nations, asking God Almighty to bring it back to everyone with goodness, prosperity, and blessings."
He added, "We take this blessed opportunity to emphasize strengthening the values of solidarity, tolerance, and unity, and to draw inspiration from the spirit of sacrifice and cooperation in facing challenges, in order to consolidate Iraq's strength and the unity of its people, and for Iraqis to enjoy security, tranquility, and a dignified life."
