Younis Mahmoud won the presidency of the Iraqi Football Association after the vote count for the association's executive committee elections concluded.

The Iraqi News Agency - INA reported on Saturday that "Captain Younis Mahmoud received 38 votes, while Captain Adnan Darjal received 20 votes, and candidate Ayad Bunyan received one vote. Two ballots were invalidated."

The members of the General Assembly attended the elections under the supervision of the relevant committee to choose the new administration that will lead Iraqi football in the coming period.
