A source within the Iranian negotiating delegation revealed on Wednesday that Washington had submitted a new text through the Pakistani mediator.
The Iranian news agency Tasnim quoted the source as saying, "Washington submitted a new proposed text through the Pakistani mediator."
The source added that "the Pakistani mediator, who is in Tehran, is working to bridge the gaps between the texts," noting that "Tehran has not yet responded to the American proposal."
