The Iranian news agency IRNA announced on Sunday that Iran has sent its response to the US proposal via Pakistan.
The agency stated that "Iran sent its response to the latest US proposal to end the war to the Pakistani mediator."
It added that "according to the proposed plan, negotiations at this stage focus on ending the war in the region."
