UK maritime authority: Merchant vessel in Strait of Hormuz struck by projectile

The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) announced on Tuesday that a merchant vessel in the Strait of Hormuz had been struck by a projectile.

In a statement, the authority said: “We received a report of a merchant vessel being hit by a projectile in the Strait of Hormuz.”
