Leaders of Coordination Framework and the National Political Council Discuss Government Formation

Leaders of the Coordination Framework and the National Political Council held a meeting this evening in Baghdad, attended by Speaker of Parliament Haibat al-Halbousi.

A political source told the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the meeting discussed the steps for forming the next government and the mechanism for allocating positions according to the number of parliamentary seats won by the bloc represented in parliament."
