MP Hassan Al-Khafaji Congratulates Media Community on 70th Anniversary of Iraq Television

Member of Parliament Hassan Al-Khafaji on Saturday extended congratulations to the Iraqi media community on the 70th anniversary of the founding of Iraq Television.

In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Al-Khafaji said, “On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Iraq Television, we extend our highest congratulations and best wishes to the Iraqi media family, which has, over decades, contributed to conveying the image and the word, and documenting the nation’s history and key milestones.”

He added, “Seventy years of professional dedication, during which Iraq Television has been a witness to events, a platform for the voice of the people, and a mirror reflecting the culture and aspirations of society.”

Al-Khafaji noted, “We mark this occasion with pride and appreciation, and commend the efforts of all those who have worked sincerely within this longstanding media institution, wishing it continued progress and success in carrying out its national mission in service of Iraq and its people.”
