Israel said on Thursday that it has blocked foreign medical and humanitarian staff from entering Gaza. The move follows orders telling their organisations to stop operations unless they register staff details with Israeli authorities and comply with new rules. Two aid sources told Reuters that 37 international non-governmental organisations (NGO) that were ordered to halt their work fear a renewed humanitarian crisis if medical and relief services do not reach war-shattered Gaza.
