US says it launched new wave of strikes against Iran
The US launched a new wave of strikes against Iran at 6am ET (10am GMT), according to US Central Command (Centcom).
According to Centcom’s post on X, the strikes targeted the military capabilities that Iran used in attacking commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.
