Holy Najaf-INA
Funeral prayers were held on Wednesday for the late Sayyed Ali Khamenei at the courtyard of the Imam Ali Shrine in the Iraqi city of Najaf, the Iraqi News Agency (INA) correspondent reported.
According to an INA correspondent, the funeral prayer began with the participation of a large number of mourners.
The correspondent said the prayer was attended by the two sons of Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani.
The funeral procession in Najaf has concluded, the correspondent added.
