Iraq’s anti-corruption campaign: Political spectacle or change of governance? An effective anti-corruption campaign would require impartiality in both judicial and executive institutions. Otherwise, by selectively targeting certain individuals, the campaign will fail to remedy a structural and deep-rooted malaise.
