Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem stated today, Sunday that a ceasefire means a complete cessation of aggression by air, land, and sea.
In a speech followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Qassem said, "The project to eliminate Iran, Hezbollah, and the resistance in the region has failed," adding that "the aggression against Lebanon has failed and was unable to achieve its objectives."
He added, "We have adhered to all ceasefire agreements, but the (Israeli) enemy has not," clarifying that "there is no such thing as a ceasefire while (Israel) enjoys freedom of movement."
He emphasized that "a ceasefire means a complete cessation of aggression by air, land, and sea."
