Pakistani interior minister meets Iran’s top diplomat in Tehran amid mediation efforts

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi met in Tehran on Sunday with Pakistani Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi amid Pakistan-led mediation efforts between Iran and the US to end their conflict, Anadolu reports. The two sides discussed the latest diplomatic developments in the Iran-US talks and the situation in the region, as well as bilateral issues, during the meeting, according to Araghchi’s Telegram channel. The Pakistani minister handed to Araghchi a written message from Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif addressed to Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, it added.
