The Iraqi national football team defeated Andorra 1-0 in a friendly match on Friday, as part of their preparations for the World Cup finals.
A correspondent for the Iraqi News Agency (INA) reported that "the Iraqi national football team defeated Andorra 1-0, with the lone goal scored by Ali Yousef in the 20th minute, in a friendly match held in Spain in preparation for the 2026 World Cup finals."
The Iraqi national team will face Spain next Thursday at Deportivo La Coruña's Riazor stadium as part of their preparations for the 2026 World Cup finals.
