Pakistan’s foreign minister to visit Washington

Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry Ishaq Dar will go to Washington, DC on Friday to meet with his US counterpart Marco Rubio to discuss “global developments of mutual interest” following renewed US-Israeli attacks on Iran, according to a statement from Pakistan’s foreign ministry.

“The discussions will also focus on strengthening cooperation in key priority sectors, as well as Pakistan’s efforts to promote regional peace and stability through dialogue and diplomacy”, the statement added.
