The Russian Foreign Ministry announced on Monday that Russian armed forces will attack decision-making and command centers in Ukraine.
The ministry stated, in remarks followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "Our armed forces will attack decision-making and command centers in Ukraine."
It added, "We warn diplomatic mission staff in Kyiv to leave immediately before imminent strikes, and we advise foreigners to leave immediately. We also call on residents to stay away from military and administrative facilities."
It continued, "Our armed forces will strike military infrastructure and military manufacturing facilities in Kyiv."
