The head of the National State Forces Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim, emphasized on Wednesday the importance of selecting competent ministers capable of managing state institutions and enhancing services and stability.
The alliance's media office stated in a press release received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the head of the National State Forces Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim, received the head of the Foundation Alliance, Mohsen al-Mandalawi, at his office in Baghdad, where they discussed developments in the political landscape in Iraq and the region, in addition to a number of important national issues."
During the meeting, Sayyid Hakim affirmed, according to the statement, his support for Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi government and the necessity of completing the cabinet to meet the demands of the current phase,he emphasized the importance of selecting competent ministers capable of managing state institutions and enhancing services and stability.
It stressed the importance of a unified coordination framework and its institutionalization to strengthen its position and role in supporting the political process and consolidating national stability, he noted that the coordination framework has served as an important model for managing the current phase and supporting the political process.
The statement pointed to the necessity of maintaining dialogue and understanding among political forces to address outstanding issues and prioritize the supreme national interest in a way that serves the aspirations of the Iraqi people.
