President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faeq Zaidan, discussed on Tuesday with Electricity Minister Ali Saadi Waheeb mechanisms for following up on lawsuits related to the ministry that are currently before the courts.
The Supreme Judicial Council said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that “President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faeq Zaidan, received Electricity Minister Ali Saadi Waheeb.”
The statement added that “the President of the Supreme Judicial Council congratulated the Minister of Electricity on assuming his new position and discussed with him mechanisms for following up on the lawsuits related to the ministry that are being considered by the courts.”
