Chief Justice of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zidan, on Sunday discussed with Health Minister Abd al-Hussain al-Mousawi the role of the judiciary in safeguarding the implementation of ideas aimed at developing Iraq’s health sector.
In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), the Supreme Judicial Council said Zidan received the Health Minister in Baghdad earlier in the day.
Zidan congratulated the minister on assuming his new post.
The meeting also discussed the role of the judiciary in protecting and ensuring the implementation of initiatives designed to develop Iraq’s healthcare sector.
