The Lebanese National News Agency reported on Saturday that a woman and her son were killed and several civilians were wounded in Israeli shelling of several areas in southern Lebanon.
The agency stated that "Israeli artillery shelling targeted the towns of Deir Qanoun Ras al-Ain and al-Malikiyah in southern Lebanon."
It added that "an Israeli airstrike targeted the town of al-Ramadiyah in southern Lebanon, as well as the town of al-Qulaylah."
It continued, "Enemy warplanes targeted the town of Jabal al-Batoum in the Tyre district and the al-Housh area east of Tyre."
It noted that "an airstrike targeted a house in the town of Tayr Falsayh in the Tyre district, resulting in the martyrdom of a woman and her son, a paramedic with the al-Risala Health Ambulance Association, and wounding five civilians who were transferred to hospitals in Tyre."
It added, "Rescue teams are still working to remove the rubble from the targeted building to recover the bodies of the martyrs."
